MP3 Daniel Mark Faller - Amber Waves
Texas country meets Idaho. Well produced and crisp, these songs could become some of your favorites. Sounds like Waylon meets Bob Dylan with pitch.
12 MP3 Songs
COUNTRY: Country Rock, COUNTRY: Country Folk
Details:
Daniel Mark Faller has been part of the classic rock band the Big Newtons and the great duo Lukenbill-Faller since 1995. He loves to sing Beatles, Hollies and Stones classics as part of the live show, but.......underneath all that classic rock craziness lies a country boy at heart.
Daniel''s beginnings were in country and country rock bands in the seventies and eighties, such as the Seidel Brothers Band and Stretch Wabash. Dan had a particular talent for covering the outlaws such as Waylon and Willie.
About 2002 a close friend turned him on to Charlie Robison and soon Dan discovered a whole new wave of Texas songwriters. The gravity towards this music was undeniable for Faller....he had to be involved.
"Amber Waves" is Daniel Mark Faller''s first Alternative Country cd, but he assures you, there are many more lined up. As a matter of fact, he is putting the finishing touches on "The Rising Cost of Wisdom" due in the spring of 06. Amber Waves is six orignal Faller songs ( the selections available for listening here ) with six hand picked tunes from Daniel''s live country shows through the years. It shows his passion for telling the story behind the song.
Dan has been married for 25 years and has raised 4 kids and now he and his wife are raising their grand daughter (that is his grandaughter on the cover). He has been playing music professionally since 1975 and there is no slowing down in sight. He has his own studio with state of the art digital gear and the CD''s are just beginning to flow.
Thanks for taking the time to visit this page and don''t miss Lukenbill-Faller''s "Etched in Song" also available on CDBaby.
