Details:
Brother Short is a collective of four brothers of different parents,
brought together by fate and bound together by their love of music
and each other. Their music reflects a long and winding set of paths
that intertwine and cross at points seemingly chosen for their poignancy
and timing, as if it were inevitable. A Brother Short song can lift you up,
touch your spirit, make you sing, dance and cry and leave you with a l
asting impression. Like super groups of the past such as the Eagles,
CSN&Y, the Allman Brothers and others, these four each bring many
years of experience and talents to the musical table in the areas of
songwriting, producing and performing.
Based in Northern WV, Brother Short consists of singer/guitarist/
songwriters Greg Short and "Minstrel" Paul Burger, bassist Chuck Wilson
and drummer Bill Harding. Over 100 years of collective experience in
songwriting, performing and entertaining is evident in their music,
both live and in the studio.
With influences ranging from Marshall Tucker, The Allman Brothers,
The Eagles, Little Feat, CSN&Y, Doobie Brothers and many others,
their sound appeals to a wide variety of musical tastes and genres.
The first CD, "Sacred Fire" conveys the groups'' diverse influences
from country to classic rock, with plenty of stops in between. Their
second CD, "Grey" is a continuation of the evolving expression of the
groups shared musical roots. On https://www.tradebit.com, "Give It Time" and "Harley"
reached #12 and #39 on the music charts. "Harley" is being covered by the Pat Savage Band and will be released in Europe, and the US. https://www.tradebit.com

What It''s Worth".
