Hiromi Hyodo is a recent addition to the Calgary musical landscape. Born in Kyoto, Japan, and having performed the piano for almost 20 years, she has a rich history emotionally charged music. Initially, Hiromi played by ear, and composed her first piece when she was 7 years old. Interestingly, Hiromi quite formal training when she was 12, joined a band, and often sang to her own performances. She has played in hotels, parties, receptions, and weddings, to the enjoyment of all. Hiromi attended Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, in 2003-2007. She enjoyed having her own concert in 2003 and 2007, and released 3 albums of her own compositions during that time.
