Amorefish began in 2001 as an electronic project by two organic musicians. Vivienne´s intensely mellow but powerful vocals smoulder over the musings of electrician el es. An approachable, meaningful and musical brew giving occasional glimpses into the eclectic musical lineage of vivienne and el es which has included excursions into experimental a cappella, jazz, punk and soul. Ella, billie, the propellerheads, portishead and the meters have all contributed their musical legacies.
