Blaire Reinhard is a New Jersey born singer-songwriter-pianist who has gained recognition as a recording artist through exposure on television and film, as well as through her live performances with The Blaire Reinhard Band.
This LP, “Somewhere In Between,†is a collection of a few of Blaire’s earlier recordings that you may have heard on TV. The post-breakup ballad “Over and Over†played several times on the popular series “Felicity†on WB. The lonely, gospel hymn “Amen†was featured in a poignant scene in the drama series “Over There†on FX, and “Still Living†was on the WB show “Everwoodâ€. More recently, the song “Walking On†was featured on the season 5 premiere of “So You Think You Can Dance†on FOX during dancer Arielle Taylor’s televised audition (5/21/09).
Some of Blaire’s TV/film cues not on this LP include the well-received “It’s All Good Now†on ABC-Family’s made for TV movie “Cow Bellesâ€, the theme song to the ABC-Family show “Lincoln Heights†(composed with legendary bassist Stanley Clarke), “Maidens of the Grove†in the Disney feature film “Step Upâ€, and “Jingle Jangle Christmas†(which is in the main title of the Michael Keaton film “The Merry Gentlemenâ€, NBC''s “Kath and Kimâ€, “The Namesakeâ€, and “The Young and the Restlessâ€). She has also appeared with The Blaire Reinhard Band on MTV alongside Alicia Keys and Nick Lachey in a DOVE microsode that aired during “The Hillsâ€.
