"Embankment" is the latest musical venture into the post-punk era by a trio of musicians who have performed together on and off again for 15 years. Featuring a heavy grunge influence in songs like "Ground Through Me" and hints of Projector''s long-lost roots as a punk band in "Casio," Embankment has a strong independent streak. The structure of the movements alternate between between shimmering, crisp guitar riffs typically offset by heavy rhythmic elements. Combined, the effect paint a complex, if abstract, story. The artists wrote, recorded and produced Embankment at Cave soundS Studio in Baraboo, WI.
