Antonio Mostacci graduated with Sante Amadori at Pesaro Antonio Mostacci graduated with Sante Amadori at Pesaro Conservatory and studied with Franco Rossi, Janos Starker and Yvan Chiffoleau in Paris. He started his performing activity when he was 16 , in trio with his father Luigi Mostacci ( piano ) and Italo Capicchioni ( clarinet ), the Trio Cameristico Italiano, who performed in the most important european towns. He won the first prize at Vittorio Veneto, Catanzaro, Stresa, Moncalieri competitions and was awarded at Maria Canals ( Barcelona ) and Viotti international competitions. He usually performs in chamber music groups and
teaches cello at Bologna Conservatory. He performed as a soloist with many Orchestra, he plays Duo with the pianist Miriam Garagnani since 1990. He played in Duo in the whole Europe, United States and Japan and took part to the string quartett formed by the violinist Nigel Kennedy during the Chechester music festival ( GB) . He collaborates as solo cello with the Orchestra of Massimo Bellini Theatre in Catania, with Orchestra Marchigiana, Teatro Comunale of Bologna Orchestra and Archi di Firenze. Recently are on sale a CD of Boccherini''s music for two cellos, a Cd of Brahms Cello Sonatas and a CD of Italian Contemporary Music. He is an ISME - international society for music education- member .
Miriam Garagnani was born in Modena ( Italy ) in 1967. She graduated with full marks with Luigi Mostacci at G.B. Martini Conservatory in Bologna. She attended Oxana Yablonskaya ''s master classes in Italy and in the United States .Then she studied with Bruno Mezzena. She performed as a soloist and in music chamber groups in italy and abroad, playing italian composers premières, too. She is playing in duo cello-piano with the cellist Antonio Mostacci since 1990 and has performed in the whole Europe. She took part to Maratona di piano y musica da camara in Madrid and to the Summit music festival in New York, Besides she performed at St. James Church in Piccadilly Circus ( London) , at Kleine Gasteig (Munich ) and for K&O concerten in Leiden ( Holland ). Recently , she took concerts in Finland ( Helsinki) and Japan . She graduated in chamber music, with maximum marks, at Accademia Musicale Pescarese under the guide of Bruno Mezzena. She is a member of Orchestra da camera di Bologna Soloists, with whom she performed for important italian theatres : Massimo Theatre in Palermo and Teatro Comunale in Bologna. She teaches piano at " Jacqueline Du Pré Libero Conservatorio di Musica" in Spilamberto ( Modena ). Since 2004 she is an ISME member ( International Society for Musical Education UNESCO ), SIEM member (Società italiana per l'' Educazione Musicale ) and a member of the World Commission for the Education of Professional Musician. She took part to the ISME world meeting 2004, held at Barcelona High Conservatory of Music, with a paper, next to be printed. Since 2005 she is studying in Paris with Olivier Gardon, teacher at Conservatoire Supérieur de Musique.
Diego Conti finished his musical studies at the Mozarteum Academy of Salzburg under the guidance of Maestro Sandor Vegh, and started his career playing with several prestigious groups such as the Mozarteum''s Camerata Academica in Salzburg, the Solisti Veneti and the Chamber Orchestra of Europe. After that he performed as concert master with important italian orchestras, like Maggio Musicale Fiorentino, and https://www.tradebit.comlini Theatre in Catania, finally devoting himself to a solo career that brought and brings him to tour in Europe, South Africa, USA, Canada, India, Middle and Far East. He works for radio, television and cinema, and recorded for EMI, RCA Victor, Erato, Nuova Era, Harmonia Mundi, Edipan and Sculture d''Aria. His world premiere of L''arte del violino, of https://www.tradebit.comatelli, was considered by the english magazine Gramophone best recording of the year, and the same was for the italian newspaper L''Unità about his recording of Zappa, Lutoslawski, Lupone and Pähttps://www.tradebit.com is also playing often contemporary music, giving many premieres of works often dedicated to him. Diego Conti is a member of Four for Tango, ContrasTango and Soloist and conductor of Gli Archi di Firenze. He gives master classes and teaches in Conservatorium.
