Pure City is a band that has created an original and unique sound by always striving to make sure that each song has a life of its own. The underlying goal in their songwriting is to make music that has an energy that can be deeply felt by the listener. By making this a priority, they have developed a live show which has the ability to take the listeners on a high energy journey from beginning to end. In 2008, Pure City shared the stage with top-performing acts: Ashes Divide, RATT, White Lion, and Nashville Pussy. With their newly recorded 3 song EP to be released in April, Pure City is excited for the future ahead of them.
The name Pure City was created from the idea that there is no such thing as a “pure city”; the only real “pure city” is the natural world which human beings sometimes tend to neglect.
