Details:
“Love Notes,” is my Second CD Album. Once you get bit by the composing bug, it becomes a habit. Some songs are easy to name, others I struggled with the names. I put some of my songs to words, but because I don’t always feel my voice is up to the music, I decided not to sing, when I recorded them.
“Consolata,” is my tribute to Our Lord’s Mother, under her title "Our Lady of Consolation."
"Memorial Day," was written for all our deceased loved ones, but most especially for Soldiers. This is least I can do to thank them, with this song.
“Garden Atrium” was made as I played the piano at a hospital. I dedicate this song, to the sick and dying, and to those in the Medical Profession. I hope they continue to respect the patient’s dignity: from Conception to Natural Death.
“Briannah,” was created for my My Four Year Old -- Beloved Grand-Niece, who was having a tough time of it.
“Mercedes,” was written for my 4th Child who was Miscarried 30 Yrs Ago, in June 2009. It is the Rocking Chair Song, I would have liked to have played and sung for that little one. God wanted that Little One, for Himself, so that she or he could pray for us, from Heaven. “Mercedes,” mean “Mercy.”
“The Unborn,” is self-explanatory. It’s my hope my song, will begin the dialogue needed in this country, regarding the rights of our littlest family members. I believe Our Creator gave Proportionate Human Rights to both the Unborn and their Mothers. I would hope Our Country would once again, honor their basic human rights.
“Love’s Litany,” was written on the Feast of Pentecost 2008. I sense this song came, from the Sacred Heart of Jesus, and was understood and felt, in my heart.
“Immaculata,” is my thanks, to the Patron Saint of the United States, the Immaculate Conception.
Knowing the Catholic Church, dedicated the whole month of July, to the Precious Blood of Jesus, filled my heart with great joy, so much so, that I made up this song called, "Sanguis Christi."
Styled after Irish Tunes, I wrote "My Very Own Danny Boy," for my firstborn son, Danny on his 35th Birthday. I hope he likes it. I put words to it. Someday, I will re-record it, with the words.
“Coronata Virginae,” was written in Honor of Queenship of Mary, on August 22, 2008. I was born on the Feast Day of the Queenship of Mary, years, ago, when it was celebrated in May.
“St. Anthony Loves the Poor,” is my Tribute to St. Anthony, whose help has been much appreciated, over the years.
Sit back, relax and enjoy.
