Kevin McCluskey is a musician with a new CD out called "Trust". His label, WaterBoat Music just inked a national distribution deal with Goldenrod with a focus on Borders Books & Music. All profits from the sale of "Trust" will be donated to charities such as the Sierra Club.
The new CD features Paula Cole guitarist Kevin Barry, bassist Michael Rivard of the Story and folk luminaries The Burns Sisters. Billboard Magazine calls McCluskey''s work "wonderfully soulful...between John Fogarty and John Gorka..."
His first CD, "This Distant Light", was nominated for a Boston Music Award and featured Mary-Chapin Carpenter guitarist Duke Levine, Catie Curtis and Ellis Paul.
