So it is no surprise, when Doug decided to “branch out” and write other styles of music under yet another pen name of Tekestral, (Teh-KESS-trul) that his well-established underground fan base followed him like the pied-piper into the dance music world. The accomplished composer of stage and screen (and dungeon music) released his first Techno/Orchestral dance music CD entitled Worship The Dance. (https://www.tradebit.com) Tekestral’s long songs are a trip into the imagination as they fuse Techno-Trance with Classical Orchestral instrumentation. Peppered with Middle-Eastern influences, Tekestral’s music opens up a new style of techno/dance that is refreshing.
Now Tekestral has released a fun energy CD called Bust A Drum. Dance or groove to it, but you’ll enjoy the ride.
