New Stuff is a jazz recording that features Tuba, Electronic Valve Instrument, Guitar, Vibes, Bass and Drums. First released in 1988, it was one of the first uses of the EVI in jazz. Jim plays the Tubas, EVI, Bass Trombone and is the bass player on the recording with Jon Kurnick on Guitar, John Magnussen, Vibes and Harvey Mason, Drums.
