Jaloes is an open minded explorer.
His music is often based on repetition, with musical figures added to a melodic pattern to create a new one. Melodic and rhythmic instrumental music featuring piano and synthesized instruments.
Born in Spain in 1967, Jaloes stands for Javier Lopez Escamez, his real name. He studied engineering in Madrid and is currently working for a big telecommunications company. In 2008 he started to experiment with music performed by a computer, and created Weather, his first album, using JamStudio and a computer with music editing software for multi-track recording.
In Weather he has composed nine pieces for piano, strings and keyboards.
Jaloes lives in Madrid with his wife, Mar, and their little daughter, Laura.
