Details:
Wayne Crawford’s spoken word CD, Oasis Bound, combines his poetry and love of music and sound effects with award-winning, Nammy-nominated musician Randy Granger’s music and love of poetry. This collection features some of Crawford’s most dramatic renderings of his poetry as well as a layered sound that he enjoys. Also included are a couple of his popular slam jems such as “Workers Work” and “My God!.” Granger’s musical versatility comes across immediately on the title track, Oasis Bound, and the final track, Behind the Spoken Word, but check out their most musical mix, “Dancing at the Totem” originally recorded on Granger’s “The Roswell Incident,” and enjoy Granger’s intro to “Morning Glory” as well.
