The Rogue Nations formed in Charlotte, North Carolina in the fall of 2005 featuring ex-members of the long-running Charlotte band My So-Called Band. Two of the members are old enough to have experienced the explosive spark of the early ''80''s American punk rock scene at its birth. Not content to live in the past but taking the best lessons they learned from that creative time, The Rogue Nations aim to make exciting, politically-charged-but-not-preachy old-school punk rock music for today. In 2007 drummer Keith Barnes joined the band helping to propel them to a whole new level of intensity.
