The band Downstream was formed as a 5 piece modern hard rock band in June 04''. In the past 5 years, they have played over 500 shows across the southeast region opening for such national acts as Avenged Sevenfold, Shinedown, Staind, Candlebox, Theory of a Deadman, Black Stone Cherry, Buckcherry, Neurosonic, Days of the New, Lennon, etc. In July 07'', they released their debut album titled ''Forsaken''. To date, the CD has sold over 1500 copies and continues to sell with great success. So, when Downstream entered the studio for their sophomore album titled ''Darkest Hour'', they knew they had a lot to live up to.
