SJ is a singer-songwriter living in Miami Beach, Florida. He released his first album in December 2008. He released a 2-song EP in February 2009. He blends rich acoustic guitar rhythms with gentile vocals and pensive lyrics to create his own modern folk alternative sound. He''s currently playing regularly around South Florida, where he plays with fellow guitarist Mike Fitch. SJ&Fitch have recently appeared at some of Miami''s best live music venues, hot spots in Old San Juan, Puerto Rico, and in New York City. SJ was born in Cleveland, Ohio, on June 14, 1977. He''s lived around the United States and spent time in Europe and Latin America. He holds degrees from the University of Pittsburgh and Gannon University, and is a practicing attorney in Florida.
