His interpretations are fresh and soothing while still maintaining the integrity of the original version. Dinner At Eight Vol. 5, unlike the previous volumes has more of a pop, contemporary feel. No Swing on this one. The “ Smooth” comes out a bit more as David is even more comfortable in front of a live audience. You’ll imagine having dinner on a warm Hawaiian night along the Kahala Coast with that special someone when you listen to David Swanson Live “ Dinner At Eight” Vol. 5.
