Lisa met Dave in Ann Arbor, Michigan in 1994 and they made several home cassette tapes together after Lisa established herself in the Ann Arbor music scene by handing out free copies of her music all over town. They played several shows together in Ann Arbor, Ypsilanti and Detroit. In 1995 they put together a CD of the best of the recordings they made together.
