Sally is a native of Louisiana, received her Bachelor of Arts and her Bachelor of Music degrees from Louisiana State University. She is currently principal harpist of the Baton Rouge Symphony and the Shreveport Symphony, but has also performed extensively throughout the South. She has been the featured artist with the Gulf Coast Symphony, the Monroe Symphony and the Shreveport Symphony. She has appeared with the Jefferson Philharmonic, the Acadiana Symphony, the Pensacola Symphony Orchestra, the Jackson Symphony, and the Marshall Symphony. Ms. Wood has also performed with the Alexandria Opera, the Shreveport Opera, the Baton Rouge Opera, and the Natchez Opera. She is also an active soloist and chamber music musician. In addition to her performing schedule, Ms. Wood is Past-President of the Music Club of Baton Rouge and Director of the Agape English Hand Bell Choir at University United Methodist Church.

Kelly Smith Toney
Kelly is now in her fifteenth season as concertmaster of the Louisiana Sinfonietta. She received her bachelor and master degrees from The Juilliard School, where she studied with Ivan Galamian and Sally Thomas. Upon graduation, she joined the Singapore Symphony Orchestra where she performed for two years. Mrs. Toney returned to Baton Rouge in 1985 to join the Baton Rouge Symphony. She is a former member of The Valcour String Quartet and has been the concertmaster of several orchestras in Baton Rouge and the surrounding area. Mrs. Toney is also the first violinist and founding member of The Campanile String Quartet. Current honors include listings in the Marquis "Who''s Who in the South and Southwest" since 1991, the 1992/93 edition of "Who''s Who Among Young American Professionals" and other current editions of the Marquis "Who''s Who" series. Other honors include memberships in the Louisiana Federation of Music Clubs and the Louisiana Music Teachers Association where she has held several state chairman positions. In addition to her duties in the Louisiana Sinfonietta, Mrs. Toney is a first violinist in the Baton Rouge Symphony, performs with Zenaida and The Campanile String Quartet and maintains a successful violin studio in Baton Rouge.

Jennifer Cassin
Jennifer is Assistant Violist with the Baton Rouge Symphony and Lafayette Symphony as well as an original member of the Valcour String Quartet. She has performed with many orchestras throughout Louisiana and has recorded on the DV2 and Centaur labels as well. Ms. Cassin is the director of Orchestras at Baton Rouge Magnet High School and is on the board of directors of the Louisiana Chapter of ASTA. She is a graduate of Louisiana State University and enjoys teaching her studio of young violin and viola students.

Dan Cassin
Dan has been a member of the Baton Rouge Symphony since 1981 and is currently Assistant Principal cello in the orchestra. He is an original member of the Valcour String Quartet and has been on numerous recordings. He received his Bachelors of Music degree from Loyola University in New Orleans and his Masters Degree from Louisiana State University. He was an Artist Fellow and Artist roster member for the State of Louisiana. Dan is Vice- President in charge of production at Centaur Records.

Sarah Beth Hanson
Sarah Beth received her Bachelor and Master of Music degrees from Florida State University, where she was a student of Charles DeLaney. She is principal flute of the Baton Rouge Symphony and Instructor of Flute at Southeastern Louisiana University. She also served as principal flute of the Ohio Light Opera Orchestra for four years, and has held a faculty position at Hummingbird Music Camp in New Mexico''s Jemez Mountains. Ms. Hanson has been a featured soloist with the Baton Rouge Symphony three times. In addition, Ms. Hanson was a guest artist with the Louisiana Sinfonietta, and appeared with the group at Carnegie Hall performing Homage: A Folk Concerto for Flute and Strings by Dinos Constantinides. Ms. Hanson has appeared with the Washington, D.C. Civic Opera, the Savannah Symphony, the Memphis Symphony and the New World Symphony, performing with such conductors as Michael Tilson Thomas, Neeme Jarvi, Andre Previn and James Paul. She was a featured artist at the 1989 National Flute Association Convention, Mid-South Flute Festival, and has performed as principal flute with the Baton Rouge Opera and the Gilbert and Sullivan Society .She is also in frequent demand as a chamber player.

Jill Swetnam
Jill received the Bachelor of Music and Master of Music degrees in Flute Performance from Louisiana State University. She has been a member of the Baton Rouge Symphony for 13 years. Ms. Swetnam is also the Band director and music teacher at two Parochial Schools in Baton Rouge where she teaches Elementary and Junior High School students. She has a large private teaching studio. Ms. Swetnam has performed at numerous regional and national conferences including performing in New Orleans at the National Flute Association Convention. She was also a winner of the Masterclass Competition sponsored by the National Flute Association where she performed in St. Louis. As winner of the Texas Flute Society Concerto Competition, Ms. Swetnam appeared as guest soloist with the Dallas Chamber Orchestra.
