Carla Hansen began writing songs as early as she can remember. She is a self-taught piano player, and realized her true passion for songwriting after spending five years as a drummer for a heavy rock band. "Never Alone" was recorded in Toronto, Canada, and was produced by Lisa Patterson. The Cd features a live band, acoustic piano, various percussion, violin arrangements, and has an array of flavours ranging from pop/top 40 (such as track one,"Alone Together"), piano/singer/songwriter (track five, "Dream of Me") to rock (track 11, "Whiskey Sunsets" is an instrumental and has severe "Floyd" influence).
