Details:
The album title, “Between Friends”, was a natural fit. John, Dave and Susan had been playing trombone for over 25 years. In 2003 Jim was invited to join them to form the Slide by Slide quartet. The eclectic nature of this album shows the varied musical tastes we have and styles that we are drawn to - from Baroque transcriptions to Dixieland and Jazz standards to contemporary trombone repertoire.
