Towncrier is a song-writer, composer, singer, performer, a script writer, an actor, and a comedian originating a brand of music called Marinba Music. The relevance of his name stems from the fact that “The Town Crier” with his gong is the accepted medium of mass information before today’s technology. Marinba is an African instrument that gives the tone of a symphony. This tone dominates his style of music, which has its root in "highlife music", Nigerian artistic heritage and blended to cut across cultures.
