W.R. Sanders, a prolific song writer, vocalist, psalmist, and guitar synthesis, has taken guitar playing to an all-new level. W.R.’s unique way of playing was taught to him by his mother, and he is now taking it to the next level in the digital domain, with his urban, gospel, jazzy and funky overtones. W.R. can play and sound like any instrument he chooses. While beginning his musical endeavors at age 8, serving most of his apprenticeship in his father’s local churches and concerts in Gary, IN, he toured in Japan in 1988 for two years as the lead singer and guitar synthesis for Doctor Doctor. The success of his unique new style allowed him to play throughout the United States and in 2003 he was introduced to Ty Causey, one of the best male R&B vocalists in our time. Since then W.R. has been featured on Ty Causeys albums such as Love Notes 2003, N-Tysing Rekindled 2006, Body Language and Expressions 2007, and True Love in Motion 2008.
