Hello my name is Chantell D. Christopher, you may have seen me on Tyler Perry’s “Madea’s Class Reunion” , or “Madea Goes To Jail” or “What’s Done In The Dark” always playing the villain. Well I have been playing these types of characters on stage but living them in real life. I took the time to look back at past relationships and realized that there was one common denominator in all my relationships…ME! Therefore I had to take the time to analyze what was going on with me. I take you on a journey from my childhood, establishing the foundation of family. We never ate dinner until my father came home; we went on family vacations, played games, Sunday dinners at our grandparents and celebrated the holidays. Everything was going well until a major event in my life shook my world and affected my relationships for over 20 years. Later we realized that this was the root of my problems. Then we take the time to evaluate my relationships from college to present. I got to the point that I realized that I wanted a mate to be my everything and I was not my everything to myself. Therefore I decided to “Become The Man I Want”, which has allowed me to BE the woman I am!!!!
