Bill is an Irish tenor who loves to sing. He sings in Church! He has soloed in Church every Sunday Morning. He sings in Concerts!
Bill spent his career in education. While he spent two years teaching in public school, the remainder of his career was spent in private education. He first taught at The Principia, a private school for the sons and daughters of Christian Scientists, in Middle School. Leaving Principia he became a teacher and a house parent at a private New England Boarding School, The Forman School, in Litchfield, Connecticut. There after teaching for four years, he was appointed Headmaster where he served for two years before returning to Principia as Assistant Lower and Middle School Principal. Shortly thereafter he became Principal of the Upper School, serving in that position for four years. He then was asked to serve as the School''s Headmaster, serving in that position for over 19 years, retiring in 1998.
Before retiring he became interested in singing, and began taking singing lessons from Walter DeLear, a West St. Louis County voice instructor, and the soloist at the Town & Country Christian Science Church. Bill also studied at CASA, which later became the St. Louis Symphony music school. Soon he was singing in concerts, and soloing in a number of St. Louis Christian Science Churches. Soon after retiring he became interested in making his first CD. The first CD was released in the fall of 2001. His second CD, "Sing Unto the Lord, A New Song" was released in March 2002. This CD is a collection of his more popular church solos, and a third CD is now on the drawing boards. The solos included on the available CD are largely requests from current church members. Feel free to be in touch with Bill through his E-Mail address -- bill@https://www.tradebit.com. He will look forward to hearing from you.
