1. A mythological creature from Arthurian legend with the “head and neck of a serpent, the body of a leopard, the haunches of a lion and the feet of a hart (a male red deer).” Along with Arthur’s incestuously begotten son could symbolize abomination, chaos, destruction, decay, and deviance.
