Sono nato a Modena nel 1974 con il nome di Gaspare Palmieri (Gappa). Ho scritto le mie prime canzoni a 15 anni. Dal 1994 al 1997 ho frequentato il Laboratorio Canzone del CPM di Milano dopo essere stato selezionato come autore di testi in un concorso nazionale. Dopo una pausa creativa di alcuni anni (in cui nel frattempo mi sono laureato in medicina e specializzato in psichiatria) ho ripreso a scrivere pezzi lâanno scorso. Mi esibisco con uno spettacolo di brani dissacranti in un setting acustico. Definirei il mio genere folk sarcastico.

I was born in Modena (Italy) in 1974. I started playing guitar and writing songs when I was 15. From 1994 to 1997 I attended the Laboratorio Canzone of CPM School in Milan as lyrics author. After few years of âcreative abstinenceâ in which I took my degree in medicine and I had a training in Psychiatry, I went back to write songs last year. I perform live with folk sarcastic songs in an unplugged musical setting.
