Steve grew up listening to the rock and roll of the 50''s and 60''s on the RCA radio that blasted the songs through the outdoor speakers around the backyard pool in Pasadena, California.
After running off to Hawaii in 1969, he became a Christian and began to write songs with depth and scripture set to modern vibrant music. From ballads to gospel rock and plenty of folk music roots, this album covers many genres and they all sound good!
Now living in Hawaii (Kauai) he continues to write Island style music (JahWaiian)and usually mentions the Lord in each one.
An avid guitarist and performer who now plays all the instruments in recent recordings, he is a favorite at beach jams, concerts, and music gatherings of all kinds around the Island.
