My Empire is Crumbling is the creative collaboration between Todd Baran (When Clouds Attack and ex Stop, Thief!) and singer-songwriter Joe Moccia. They live in different cities and make music together. They miss small towns.

My Empire is Crumbling records in two studios, passing files over the internet between Chicago and Washington DC. Their projects span genres and cities.

There first album Rarities took a year to complete and will be available early ''09.
