Having spent the last six years of his life in Athens, GA at the University of Georgia, Matt Ryczek has finally finished college. During his tenure at UGA, Matt began playing and writing songs. Testing out his songs on the Athens/Atlanta crowds, Matt has developed a dedicated fan base with his realistic lyrics and catchy melodies. With the influences of James Taylor, John Mayer, Jack Johnson, and the like, Matt has created a genre of music that is apart from those who influenced him in the beginning.
In the past three years Matt has developed a major internet presence with the help of KaZaA, https://www.tradebit.com, and https://www.tradebit.com. With over 100,000 downloads off his website alone last year, Matt''s listeners have been waiting for him to get out on the road and play at a venue near them. With school officially out of the way and his debut CD "Six Year Plan" having just been released, Matt is focused and determined to get out on the road and gig as much as possible this upcoming year and spread his music even more.
