This is the third Christmas CD offered by Robert Way (composer/arranger). The CD is similar in style to the two previous Christmas CDs. The works were orchestrated for 20 violins, 10 violas, 6 celli, acoustic bass, 2 flutes, oboe, bassoon, 4 french horns, 4 trombones, tuba, celesta, piano, vibes, xylophone, guitar, cimbalon, harmonica and female voices as instruments. Way sought some of the lesser known carols that manifest beautiful melodic lines and added two originals and some of the more popular carols in very different renditions.
