A computer scientist, turned math teacher, turned singer songwriter.......who knows what is next. But I am proof you can teach an old dog new tricks! Began to play the guitar and write songs in 2004, at the age of 44! It has been a crazy ride and I am loving it! I play a lot in Nursing Homes currently. It is very rewarding. I recently joined the Mohawk Valley Bluegrass Association. Meeting lots of great people! Very patient and helpful!
My CD - Walking is so named for two reasons. One because I have written many of the songs while I was walking the country roads around my house. The other because it has been a walk with the Lord to create these songs and embark on this journey of singing and songwriting. This journey began in October 2004 at Great Camp Sagamore. God only knows where it will end! So many people to thank for their support and encouragement. John, you are my rock. I love you. Mom and Dad, you have always been there for me. I am so lucky. My church family, thanks for the gentle and sometimes not so gentle pushes forward. I am so blessed.
