Dear friends, here is my second album as band Leader.
It was not an easy task, but we have pulled it through again!!
Once more, exciting moments were all around. One of them, maybe the most passionate one, was the boldness to take part in the vocal section, where I debut as a singer in this genre. The difficult task in this area was not only the challenge of singing in tune and with the groove, as well as improvising coherently, but also externalizing feelings through a ‘Bolero Medley’. In spite of the fact that I had a lot of fun, I admit and point out that this is something really complex, what a task!!!
I hope you all like my efforts.
Something equally exciting was to have made most of this album in New York, “Birthplace of Salsa”. I always received comprehensive receptivity and collaboration from my New York colleagues, specially from my fellow countrymen Robert and Luisito Quintero, being the latter the fundamental part to organize ‘The NY Cast’ that takes part in this production.
I also want to thank ‘The Magician’ Guido Díaz, Ricky González, Luís Bonilla, Klaus Genuit and the rest of the colleagues who have collaborated in this production.

Apreciados amigos, aquí la segunda entrega de mi producción discográfica como líder de Orquesta.
La tarea no fue fácil, pero una vez más salimos adelante!!.
Nuevamente los momentos excitantes estaban por doquier. Uno de ellos, quizás el más apasionante, fue la osadía de tomar parte en la sección vocal, donde hago mi debut como cantante de éste genero; La difícil tarea en ésta área no fue solo el enfrentarme a cantar en clave, entonar las melodías y hacer improvisaciones coherentes, sino exteriorizar sentimientos en un bolero medley, me divertí muchisimo, sin embargo no dejo de reconocer y destacar que es algo bien complejo, vaya que tarea!!!
Espero que mis esfuerzos sean del agrado de todos ustedes.
Igualmente excitante fue el haber hecho la mayor parte de este trabajo en la ciudad de New York, “Cuna de la salsa”. La receptividad y colaboración de parte de los colegas del patio hacia mi persona fue siempre muy amplia, especialmente la de los paisanos Robert y Luisito Quintero, siendo este ultimo la pieza fundamental para organizar “El Elenco N.Y” que participa en esta producción.
Vayan también mis palabras de agradecimiento a “El Mago” Guido Díaz, a Ricky González, a Luís Bonilla, a Klaus Genuit y al resto de los colegas que hicieron su aporte en esta producción.
