Stefanos is an Eritrean composer, guitarist and vocalist born and raised in Asmara, Eritrea. His early western music influence is mainly derived from the exciting and innovative sound of the 70s and 80s, which can be felt in his music and singing.
As an artist he has something different to offer. Unlike most of his Eritrean counterparts he writes and performs in English, and his soul stirring music encompasses a variety of styles, which include Pop, R&B, Afro-beat, and Reggae.
Stefanos has the ability to play in a broad range of musical moods while retaining an individuality that is as soulful and singular as his singing. His flair for melody is remarkable.
True to a romantic nature, he delivers his songs with sincerity and feelings which are easily enhanced by the rich and colorful textures of his voice.
