Details:
Visioni for live piano&electronics. Visioni is a multimedia project. The music of Visioni is scored for acoustic piano and electronics. Visioni is a single work in eight very different yet subtly related movements. Each movement is linked like the chapters of a book to tell the story of human evolution from the early origins of mankind to thehuman race''s final inevitable self-destruction.
It is an ideal “life cycle” narrated with music through the eight pieces. It''s difficult to define a genre, but possibly, postminimal music with jazz hints and electronics best describes this sound.

La cellula (The cell):
the origin of life, appearing for the very first time in its earliest shape, ready to grow up and explore the world.
Il viaggio (The journey):
the human discovery of the world, of the cosmos, seeking for itself and for a place to call home in wich it can
create its growth.
Geometrie (Geometries):
the human being discovers the logic in the place where he lives. Geometrie as observation of the natural perfection.
Metropoli (Metropolis):
a modern vision of the consequences of the human need of aggregation. The forming of people takes to the construction of the metropolis micro-cosmos where everything is made to measure on men, mad as men.
odranoeL:
a real homage to Leonardo Da Vinci, from the title which reminds the original way of writing of the great personage, reflected on the mirror. OdranoeL represents the art and the genius. The human being is not anymore just an organism but also a soul and a mind. Curious of the world he studies every aspect of it, he paints it, he observes the architecture, the art.
Rush:
it is the biggest exasperation of the level of expansion and technology reached from men. You have the impression that humanity is being submerged by its self-need of evolution. A digital world which is loosing the simple beauties that could be observed at its beginning.
Rovine (Ruins):
an imaginary vision about a necessary end of the journey, when the possibility to go on has disappeared. It is necessary to return to the starting point.
Crepuscolo (Twilight):
union between end and beginning. A reflection about how the life walks in circle and what seems the end, the destruction is not but the prelude to another beginning. Here is the hope, living sparkle taking new visions and new worlds.
