J. Carlos Bastidas composed the music for these two songs, and Dorothy Godlinsky and Michele Nadeau the lyrics. In the first song, Carlos combines traditional instruments like the pan-flutes, the kenas and the romantic Spanich guitar with rock rhythms. The second song, "Happy Hearts", has a funky style using the kena as a main instrument. This CD was recorded in beautiful Vancouver before Carlos moved to Toronto. This is a limited edition and now that he is set up permanently in T.O. with his band, LatinMania, he is promoting this CD in prelude to the upcoming full CD to be released in spring 2004, with all his compositions.
Since LatinMania''s first show in 1994, They have been performing all across Canada.
