The first full length 12 song CD from Claude Chaney & Friends features selections from two previous EPs "Claude Chaney & Friends'' Collection - Volume One" and "Claude Chaney & Friends'' Collection - Volume Two" as well as completely new material. This CD is represented by several genres. Besides the Jazz/R&B fusion there is also Blues (You Had To Let Your Good Thing Go) and Gospel (Lean On Him Always). Besides Mr. Chaney the current line-up includes two artists with their own individual CDs, Tom Monte, (keyboards) and Miriam Barab (background vocals). The band also features Claude''s wife, Evette Chaney (background vocals), Kenji Tajima (percussion) and Bruce Crystal (bass). Half of the selections, including the title song "I Will Be Here For You" are original compositions.
