Susan Engle has been writing and singing for children for over 30 years. Her first album, Come and Sing, was nominated for an Angel Award. Her second and third albums, Loving Hands and Special Times were released in the 1980s and early 1990s. Susan’s family sings along with her, first as children, and now as adults on Arm in Arm. In between writing and recording tunes especially for kids, Susan has traveled nationally and internationally as a soloist with Bahá’í choirs, singing for adults and warming their hearts. In Arm in Arm, she works with trumpeter Doug Marshall, who brings his 25 years of experience playing professionally to the mix in his co-composition and arrangement of tunes. Kids and their families will sing along to songs that range from energizing rap to comforting prayers.
