Details:
D-Money is originally from the Bay Area. He grew up as the artist and musician he is today, by the inspiration of the music by Brotha Lynch Hung, First Degree the DE, X-Raided, and Master P. He started rapping around the young age of eleven. After building up his skills of free styling and writing rhymes, he began to make beats as well. Hustler Camp was his first record label in the early 90''s. With a microphone, instrumentals and a CD player, he recorded his first song called "Cash Flow" to an audio cassette. As time went by he accumulated more studio equipment. He attained a keyboard and a beat machine which he used to record 6 different underground tapes that held 22 tracks on each. By the year 2000, he shut down Hustler Camp to start up the label which he currently owns, Carnivorous Records. It wasn''t until after the release of his first actual album, "Carnivorous Amphibian" in 2000, that he got official studio equipment to make professional and correctly mastered albums. D-Money is continuously networking from the Bay to C-Town Arizona. He has 5 albums available as of the year 2006 and now working on a new one for the year 2007. From "Carnivorous Amphibian" to "Nimissis Project", D-Money continues to bring hardcore West coast heaters to the table.
