Claude Allaire is a well-known musician from Trois-Rivières, Québec, Canada.
He taught at Trois-Rivières Public College for over Twenty-Five years and was instrumental in establishing the musical program at the College.
Claude is recognized as an outstanding teacher and composer. Upon his retirement from teaching in nineteen-ninety-five, he devoted all of his energies to composing sixteen books of original piano compositions and arrangements.
This music is instructional in nature and define certain areas of learning and technique. They are also musically enjoyable as well as challenging and pleasing to the ear.
Claude Allaire began his musical studies at a very early age. He studied: piano, trumpet, organ,conducting and pursued his advances studies at l''Université de Montreal.
As a composer and arranger, Claude has written many vocal and instrumental scores in various genres including:Classical,Religious, Folklore and Jazz.
This recording JAZZ EN PROVINCE reflecs the multiple influences acquired by him. Claude is still an active musician and performs regularly in the Province of Quebec.
