This is a circuit diagram for Champion 845 BAND III CONVERTER. This self contained Band III converter converts an incoming Band III signal to any channel on band I. Permeability tuning is used and the circuit consists of a PCC84 cascode R.F amplifier, an EF80 Frequency changer and an EZ90 H.T rectifier. The unit may be operated from A.C mains 200-250 volts. This is a universal type converter suitable for use with almost any type of band I receiver.
