David Cooper has been playing guitar for over 40 years. He started playing the guitar at the age of 10, took two years of classical guitar and then went into rock. Never very interested in playing other artists music Dave started writing his own songs. The artists most influential in his style were: Neil Young, Steven Stills, Carlos Santana, Jimmy Page, Les McCann, Joe Walsh among others. For whatever reason Dave found it difficult to find other musicians interested in playing his music. For that reason he had to learn the bass and drums in order to create his CD''s. He also put together a home studio and performed all the recording and mixing of the CD''s available on this site.
