This latest release from Luther Red was recorded in a small Northern California mountain town in a block wall studio. Using only microphones, the album is completely acoustic except for the Dean bass guitar, and a few select drum beats from an Apple computer.
Brian Taylor writes, records, and produces all of Luther Red''s music. When playing live, Brian is joined by his two brothers from another mother, Kermit McCourt and Dustin Kimmel. Kermit keeps the beats straight, and Dustin dazzles on the guitar and bass.
As always Luther Red is “maintaining the integrity of real music”.
