Len Snow was born in Toledo, Ohio. He began playing the guitar at the age of 8 with the instruction of his father who headed a country music band, in Toledo, for over 30 years. Len was born into a country music family. His father was the lead singer of his own band and his mother sang on the radio when she was a young lady. Len played college and professional baseball until 1996. He began to hone his song writing talents in the evenings at home. Len continued to play for friends, at home and for family functions until 2002 when went through a divorce and moved to California during that major life change. There, Len began playing at local coffee shops, wineries and a couple of pubs in the town of Livermore, California where he enjoyed much success and gained many fans. Len..s style of country music, mixed with blues and rock really made the people flock to his shows. Len would play a solid mix of cover tunes along with his own private stock of originals. Many of which are on his debut album ..Country..s What I Choose... Len Snow is a name that is synonymous with great performances. Everyone loves Len..s vocals and his performances when he is live on stage. Soon, Len realized that he had to do something more with this talent. He decided to record a demo with Grammy nominated producer, Warren Dennis Kahn in Santa Rosa, California. He also owned a recording studio (The Banquet Sound Studios). On a limited budget (about nine thousand dollars) Len was able to put together enough of a demo to take to Nashville and have someone listen. Len visited Nashville and recorded a 12 song album on a small indie label. The album was recorded at Chelsea Studios in Brentwood, TN. Tony Migliore was his producer and musical arranger on the project. While the project is full of hit music, the first song Len released to radio is ..Country''s What I Choose.. which went number 1 on the Country Single Sales Chart with Neilson Soundscan for 8 weeks. And it went as high as number 7 on Billboard Magazine''s Hot 100 Singles Sales Chart. The song stayed in that chart for a total of 10 weeks. Len is pushing single sales personally at every music store that he visits throughout the U.S. There is no doubt that Len is going to be a huge star in this business. Len''s next single to be released to radio will be even more popular as the buzz from his first release has created a strong foundation for success. Album number 2 is in the works as well.
