Found(ed) in 2000-something, The Visitors Q have been floating under the radar in the same bike loving neighborhood that gave you Elliot Smith, Silversun Pickups, and heartburn from the taco stand. Phillip Haut (The Centimeters, Listing Ship, Veronica Lipgloss and the Evil Eyes) had them in The Oven, some forgotten autumnal evening, and the result is The Visitors'' first LP "The Hall Between The Walls."
Tracked and mixed in a closet in an historic revamped recreation center by principal Visitor Q talk-singer / guitar-synthist Damon Gross, "The Hall..." [tape] echoes back to the lo-fi 4-track minded days of the late 1980''s and the early 1990''s (Shrimper, K Records) as well as psychedelic and pre-punk rock.
