Gabriel Ruiz-Bernal, Doctor of Philosophy in Aesthetics from the University of Sevilla in Spain, presented this solo piano recital at Armstrong Concert Hall, Shenandoah University, in 2001.
This is a vibrant concert recorded live, with the Fantasia in C Minor by Mozart, famous Scriabin’s Etude Op. 2 Nr. 1, and Op. 8 Nr. 2, 4 and 12; Danza del Molinero and Aragonesa by Spanish composer Manuel de Falla, Almería by Isaac Albéniz, and La Maja y El Ruiseñor and El Pelele by Enrique Granados.
