Fernando Freire was born on Uruguay and start at the age of 12 to sing with a couples of friends on many diferents events(Festivals, concerts, TV, Radio,etc)at the same age start to write songs, at the age of 14 he has the opportunity to start a Duet with his older brother Pablo and they form together "Los Hermanos Freire"(The Freire Brothers), at this time coincide with the end of the military dictatorship and they play on much events is possible they can do and Fernando start to write more and more about of the Social Reality.
On 1991 his brother Pablo become on the first Emigrant on his Family when decide move to USA, on 1992 Fernando folow a his brother where he live until today.
On this days(2007)after 15 years on USA and many concerts with Pablo and alone, Fernando is working on his return to Uruguay where he going to continue with his proyect to bring his music to more people is possible, thanks for everything and good luck...
