The Bastard Suns are a six-piece group from North Atlanta who perform original music comprised mostly of reggae-infused punk rock, often mixed with Irish drinking music. The Suns bring a high energy performance that is popular with both sexes and most age groups. All of the members are well into their 20''s and all are extremely dedicated to their art.
Since 2005, The Bastard Suns have released a full length album, released a subsequent three-song demo, and independently toured Florida, Georgia, Louisiana and Tennessee. The Suns have participated in the showcase at the Atlantis Music Festival, competed and advanced to the national semi-finals in both the Bodog Battle of the Bands and The Emergenza Music Festival, and competed and won first place in the Audition Atlanta 2007 contest. The band signed to independent label, Unable Records (Jacksonville, FL), in 2007 and "Dropping Expectations" marks their debut album on that label. Other future plans for The Bastard Suns include embarking on a regular southeast tour schedule by early 2008 and promoting the upcoming release.

In the soul of south Louisiana, lies a band that''s full of heart. Since early 2005, No Fuego has established themselves as a great force in the Baton Rouge music scene, with local shows that formulate a striking vibe in any venue in which they play. Remy, Shawn, Greg and Ty present a great fusion of punk rock and then add Marshall and his bagpipes into the mix and this band becomes extraordinary. With influences ranging from Hot Water Music, Rancid, Saves The Day, Dropkick Murphy''s, Gordan Duncan and the rockabilly and punk rock styles, No Fuego was built on good attitudes, down to earth character but most of all, they just want have a great time playing music. After recording an EP of life, love, growing older, having fun, moving on and the events surrounding Hurricane Katrina, this band is "doing what we know" and "wouldn''t have it any other way". Close friends and family, and their love of whiskey keeps this band well grounded but also allows them to reach out for much more. The Celtic Society of Louisiana has been a major supporter of the band by providing unconditional loyalty, and the most important haven for any band, a practice room. Bringing this culture into the music only adds to the unique sound these guys present. Having put out a full length by spring of 2007, the band was ready to rock on. No Fuego signed to Unable Records in mid-2007, and "Dropping Expectations" was their first release on the new label. They have toured much of the Gulf South and are hoping to see the rest of the country, and take over each state, one drink at a time.
