Since its founding by Richard Zielinski in 2005, the Richard Zielinski Singers has already established a reputation for performances that are of the highest artistic
quality. Consisting of 40 professional singers, the chorus inspires audiences with programs of contemporary American choral works as well as great choral classics.
The group''s first CD recording highlights holiday music by Stephen Paulus. American Voices, volumes 1 & 2, features classic choral compositions from many of the finest contemporary composers in North America.

Richard Zielinski, Music Director & Founder, is at home in front of choirs and orchestras conducting both modern day repertoire as well as classical standards. Richard is the Music and Artistic Director of The Master Chorale of Tampa Bay, principal chorus of The Florida Orchestra. In addition, Richard is the Director of Choral Activities at the University of South Florida (Tampa).
Richard has been a guest conductor for The Florida
Orchestra, numerous regional orchestras and choruses, as well as orchestras in Poland and Austria. He has been privileged to work with composers Norman Dello Joio, Libby Larsen, Stephen Paulus, Samuel Adler, Eleanor Daley, Marek Jasinski and Krystoff Penderecki.
Internationally, Richard serves as Principal Conductor
and Artistic Director of the Classical Music Festival at
the Esterhazy Palace in Eisenstadt, Austria. He also serves as conductor of In Terra Pax (an international choral academy) and juror of the International Festival of Choral Song, both in Miedzyzdroje, Poland. From 2003-2005, he servedas Artistic Director and Conductor of CHAPS - The Szczecin Technical University Choir, one of Poland’s top choral ensembles. Richard is also the editor of a new
Polish Music Series with Roger Dean Publishing.
